Now that the number of Alexa Skills on the Amazon Echo and the Fire TV has grown to over 200, large companies are taking notice. Domino’s Pizza has just released a new Alexa Skill that lets you order a pie using nothing but your voice. With the Domino’s Pizza Alexa Skill, you can simply say “Alexa, open Domino’s and place my Easy Order” to get a pizza that you preconfigured delivered to your door. The skill also lets you say “Alexa, ask Domino’s to track my order” to hear the status of an order. To use the skill to order pizza, you’ll need to first link a Dominos.com account and have either an Easy Order or a recent order saved. If you just want to track an order, you can simply tell Alexa the phone number used when placing the order without the need to create an account with Domino’s. Before you can use the new Domino’s Pizza Skill, you must first enable it through the Alexa app or the Alexa web portal.
