Video streaming apps coming to the Fire TV


The Fire TV already has a great lineup of streaming video apps, and that list will be getting a little longer soon with the addition of some big names in the TV industry. Here’s a look at a few streaming video apps coming later this year.

PBS Kids: One of the most trusted names in kids entertainment, the PBS Kids app will bring over 1,00 free videos including classic favorites like Curious George, Sesame Street, and more.

WWE Network: With the WWE Network app, you’ll see all 12 WWE live pay-per-view events, including WrestleMania, groundbreaking original series, reality shows and documentaries. You’ll also be able to explore sports-entertainment’s most comprehensive video-on-demand library, featuring every WWE, WCW and ECW pay-per-view ever – uncut and uncensored – plus, classic matches and replays of Raw and SmackDown episodes from 2012 and 2013. $9.99 monthly subscription required.

Watch ABC: With WATCH ABC you can view the ABC network live or on demand. Enjoy your favorite ABC TV shows, sports, local news and weather. Sign-in with participating TV provider required.

Watch ABC Family: The WATCH ABC Family app gives you two ways to enjoy your favorite ABC Family shows. Watch full episodes anytime, anywhere, or watch live. Sign-in with participating TV provider required.
