New Flagship Hisense Fire TV Smart TVs go on sale for the first time — 65″ for $469.99 & 75″ for $699.99

The two newest Fire TV Smart TVs in the lineup, which are also likely the ones with the best image quality, have just gone on sale for the first time for Black Friday. I’m talking about the 65″ Hisense U6 Series QLED Fire TV on sale for $469.99 and the 75″ Hisense U6 Series QLED Fire TV on sale for $699.99. These TVs were released a couple of months ago as the most expensive Fire TV Smart TVs and have now dropped by nearly 40% for this sale. When it comes to high-end Fire TV Smart TVs, these are probably at the top when it comes to picture quality, thanks to a laundry list of features like a Quantum Dot panel, 600 nits of peak brightness, full array local dimming, a variable refresh rate, 4K resolution, and support for both Dolby Vision and HDR10+. It’s the peak brightness figure, which is unmatched by any other Fire TV Smart TV, that makes these TVs stand out compared to TCL’s flagship Q6 Series and Amazon’s flagship Omni Series. High peak brightness coupled with full array local dimming makes for the best HDR experience on any Fire TV Smart TV.

Hisense now makes the most expensive Fire TV Smart TV — New 65″ & 75″ QLED 4K TVs Released

While compiling the list of all Fire TV Smart TVs on sale for Black Friday, I came across a set of new TVs that quietly snuck into the lineup recently. Hisense released its first Fire TV Smart TVs with the introduction of its 50-inch and 58-inch U6HF Series QLED 4K Fire TVs about a year ago. Without any fanfare, Hisense expanded that lineup with the release of new 65-inch and 75-inch models of the same TV a couple of months ago. Hisense’s Fire TVs are among the best-speced models available with Amazon’s TV operating system, so these new larger sizes take the crown as the most expensive Fire TVs yet. Read more ›

In addition to the invite-only doorbuster deal on a 50in Omni Fire TV, Amazon will also have the 50-inch Hisense U6HF Series QLED 4K Fire TV for $199.99 during its second Prime Day of the year. In order to buy the TV at the discounted price, you must request an invite and hope you get notified to buy it between October 10 and 11. This TV typically drops from its list price of $499.99 to $299.99 during major sales events, so being one of the lucky few who gets an invite will save you $100 off its usual discounted price. Amazon did offer this TV for $159.99 as a doorbuster deal during its second Prime Day in 2022 and the TV sold out in under a minute. Ever since, TV doorbuster deals have all been by invitation.

As expected, Amazon has kicked off Early Prime Day Deals on select Amazon devices, including several Fire TV Smart TVs. The deals that are now live include the Hisense Fire TV Smart TVs, which is a deal Amazon mentioned when announcing Prime Day 20223. The 50-inch Hisense 4K QLED Fire TV is on sale for $299.99, which is 43% off its regular price of $529.99. This matches the lowest price this TV has ever been, if you don’t count the Prime Early Access doorbuster deal from last year that sold out in seconds. The slightly larger 58-inch Hisense Fire TV is also on sale for $349.99, which is 42% off its regular price of $599.99. That price also matches the lowest the larger model has ever been. These Hisense Fire TVs were released last year and are among the best Fire TV Smart TVs available, thanks to a laundry list of features like a Quantum Dot panel, 600 nits of peak brightness, full array local dimming, a variable refresh rate, 4K resolution, and support for both Dolby Vision and HDR10+. Under the hood is the standard MediaTek MT9020 (MTK T31) quad-core 1.5 GHz CPU and Mali-G52 MP1 504 MHz GPU found in most 4K Fire TV Smart TVs, along with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. Connectivity includes four HDMI ports, of which one is HDMI 2.1 for eARC capabilities, composite in, optical audio out, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Ethernet, 802.11ac WiFi 5, Bluetooth, Apple AirPlay, Miracast, and a USB port for media and peripherals. 50″ Hisense QLED 4K Fire TV Smart TV drops to new low of $299.99 for Black Friday

I just updated my list of all Fire TV Smart TV deals for Black Friday and among the changes since yesterday is the 50-inch Hisense QLED Fire TV going on sale for $299.99. This is noteworthy because this is the new lowest regular sale price that this TV has ever reached. This TV was one of the doorbuster deals during Prime Day that sold out in under a minute, but besides that unusual event, this TV has never been this low before today. This is one of the newest Fire TV Smart TVs on the market and it’s among the best ones thanks to a laundry list of features like a Quantum Dot panel, 600 nits of peak brightness, full array local dimming with 32 zones, a variable refresh rate, 4K resolution, and support for both Dolby Vision and HDR10+. Under the hood is the standard MediaTek MT9020 (MTK T31) quad-core 1.5 GHz CPU and Mali-G52 MP1 504 MHz GPU found in nearly every Fire TV Smart TV, along with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. Connectivity includes four HDMI ports (at least one is HDMI 2.1), of which one is ARC capable, composite in, optical audio out, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Ethernet, 802.11ac WiFi 5, Bluetooth, Apple AirPlay, Miracast, and a USB port for media and peripherals. While this TV falls in the middle of the pack as far as screen size, it makes up for it with what is one of the best-looking Fire TV Smart TV screens on the market. There is also a 58-inch version on sale for $469.99, but that’s only an average good price at 22% off compared to the 43% you save with the 50-inch deal.
