Amazon has just put the 50-inch Hisense 4K QLED Fire TV Smart TV on sale for $339.99 for Prime Day. That’s 36% off the list price of $529.99 and it’s the new lowest price that this TV has ever been. This TV dropped to $399.99 when early Prime Day deals first kicked off a few weeks ago, but now it is at its full Prime Day discount. This is the newest Fire TV Smart TV on the market and it was released just over a month ago. It’s very likely the Fire TV Smart TV with the best display thanks to a laundry list of features like a Quantum Dot panel, 600 nits of peak brightness, full array local dimming with 32 zones, a variable refresh rate, 4K resolution, and support for both Dolby Vision and HDR10+. Under the hood is the standard MediaTek MT9020 (MTK T31) quad-core 1.5 GHz CPU and Mali-G52 MP1 504 MHz GPU found in nearly every Fire TV Smart TV, along with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. Connectivity includes four HDMI ports (at least one is HDMI 2.1), of which one is ARC capable, composite in, optical audio out, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Ethernet, 802.11ac WiFi 5, Bluetooth, Apple AirPlay, Miracast, and a USB port. While this TV falls in the middle of the pack as far as screen size, it makes up for it with what I can only assume is the best-looking Fire TV Smart TV screen on the market. Prime Day isn’t technically until tomorrow, but Amazon has already put many devices on sale. Included among them is the Fire TV Stick Lite for $11.99. At 60% off the regular price of $29.99, this is an amazingly low price and I don’t say that lightly. The lowest price the Firestick Lite has been before this sale was $17.99, so this knocks another $6 off an already great price. That said, I highly recommend spending an extra $5 and getting the regular Fire TV Stick for $16.99 instead of the Lite. While the two Sticks are identical, the remote of the regular Fire TV Stick has TV power and volume controls, while the remote of the Lite does not. It might seem like a small addition, but it is well worth the extra $5 for the convenience. Also worth mentioning is that the Fire TV Stick Lite with the older remote is also on sale for $11.99. The older remote is identical to the newer one except it doesn’t have the app shortcut buttons on the bottom, so the choice is yours whether you see those buttons as useful or as useless clutter.
With all Fire TV models now on sale for Prime Day, Amazon has dropped the Fire TV Stick 4K to $24.99, which is half-off the regular price of $49.99. This matches the lowest price that the Fire TV Stick 4K has ever been. While the Firestick 4K is the oldest Fire TV Stick model, if you just need a solid 4K streaming device but don’t want the extra bells and whistles of the Fire TV Stick 4K Max, which is on sale for $34.99, then the regular Fire TV Stick 4K is still a great buy. You can see a full comparison of the 4K and 4K Max here to help decide between the two. If you want to save a bit more, you can consider getting the Certified Refurbished Fire TV Stick 4K for $22.49, but that does come with the older remote, which is missing the guide and app shortcut buttons.
Amazon has kicked off Prime Day Deals on all Fire TV models a day early. The Fire TV Stick 4K Max is on sale for $34.99, which is 36% off the regular price of $54.99. This price matches the lowest price it has ever been in the past for all customers, but Amazon has offered the Firestick 4K Max to select customers for $29.99 through special promo codes in the past, so this isn’t technically the lowest price that it has ever for those customers that qualified for that killer deal. The Fire TV Stick 4K Max was released late last year and is the most powerful Fire TV Stick ever. The only model that beats it is the Fire TV Cube, which is also on sale for an all-time low of $59.99 right now. If you don’t need all that power and want to save, the Fire TV Stick 4K is on sale for $24.99, which is a great deal for a device that still holds its own compared to the 4K Max.
A bunch of Amazon Echo Prime Day deals went live last week and a few more just dropped this morning. Among them is the 3rd-gen Echo Dot + Free Smart Bulb for $17.99. That is the new lowest price that the previous generation Echo Dot has ever been, regardless of whether it includes a free smart bulb or not. You can still get the newer Echo Dot + Smart Bulb bundle for $19.99 if you prefer the round version, but I can see why a lot of people still prefer the older Echo Dot for how slim it is. Another new Echo deal made available today is the 4th-gen Echo Dot /w Clock + Free Smart Bulb for $32.99, which is 56% off its regular price of $74.98. That beats out the previous best Echo Dot /w Clock price by $2. There are many more Echo and Echo Dot deals live for Prime Day so read on for the full list. Read more ›
Amazon is continuing to roll out Prime Day Deals on its devices and the latest batch of deals to go live are on Fire tablets. The Fire HD 8 is on sale for $44.99, which is half off the regular price of $89.99 and matches the lowest price it has ever been in the past.
For a bit more you can get the Fire HD 8 Plus for $64.99, which is 41% off its regular price of $109.99. The “Plus” bumps RAM from 2GB to 3GB and adds wireless charging. For a larger screen there’s the Fire HD 10 on sale for $74.99, which is also half off its regular price of $149.99. It too is also available in a “Plus” model for $104.99, which is 42% off its regular price of $179.99. Both of those also match their lowest prices ever. There are also great deals on all the different Fire Kids tablets as well as deals on many different tablet bundles. Find them all listed below. Read more ›

The majority of the various Fire TV Smart TV models have already been on sale for weeks now, but Amazon saved a few models to trickle out later. Going on sale this morning are the rest of Amazon’s own 4K Fire TV Omni Series TVs that have hands-free Alexa control as their standout feature. Starting at the cheapest is the 43″ Fire TV Omni on sale for $239.99, which is 41% off the regular price and is $45 less than it has ever been in the past. Next is the 50″ Fire TV Omni on sale for $279.99, which is 45% off its regular price and $60 less than it has ever been in the past. The 55″ Fire TV Omni went on sale for $299.99 a few days ago and is still available. That’s 46% off and $65 less than all past deals for that model. Unfortunately, the good deals on Omni Series TVs ends there because while the 65″ is listed for $499.99 and the 75″ is listed for $749.99, those “Prime Day Deals” are bullshit and borderline deceptive. Those two largest sizes have been available at those prices to anyone for litterally months now. Amazon just flipped them to be “Prime Exclussive Deals” this morning without actually dropping the price, which is just down right scummy. The 43″, 50″, and 55″ sales are legitimit deals that are worth considering, but skip on the 65″ and 75″ sizes for now to see if they actually do get cheaper between now and the end of Prime Day on Wednesday. Compare all the existing Fire TV Smart TV deals here to pick the right one for you. Read more ›
Amazon always offers a few Alexa-exclusive deals for Prime Day and this year is no exception. These deals must be ordered by voice using Alexa to get these prices. The Luna Controller is $34.99 through Alexa, which is half off the regular price of $69.99. Ordering through Alexa saves you an extra $5 over the current Prime Day deal of $39.99. The Echo Dot w/ Clock is $32.99 through Alexa, which is 45% off the regular price of $59.99. This isn’t on sale for regular Prime Day shopping but my guess is it will be $34.99 if it does go on sale outside of this Alexa-exclusive deal. The Ring Video Doorbell Pro is $119.99, which is 29% off its regular price of $169.99, and the Ring Indoor Cam is $44.99, which is 25% off its regular price of $59.99. Both of those Ring products also aren’t on sale right now unless you use Alexa to order them. If you’re not comfortable buying through Alexa, you can also say “Alexa, add [ITEM] to my cart” and then checkout normally on Amazon. Adding the item to your cart through Alexa and then completing the purchase through the Amazon website will still get you these Alexa-exclusive prices. Read more ›
Most Amazon devices are now already on sale for Prime Day including all Echo Show models. Kicking things off is the Echo Show 5 for $34.99, which is $10 less than it has ever been in the past, and the Echo Show 5 Kids for $39.99. The newly updated Echo Show 8 is on sale for $74.99, which is $15 less than it has ever been before. The older 1st-gen Echo Show 8 is just $54.99 if you don’t mind a lower quality camera. The Echo Show 10 is $179.99 with its motorized spinning base, which is $10 less than it has ever been. The brand new Echo Show 15 is also $179.99, which is $20 less than it has ever been. Those are just the device prices alone but there are tons of various bundles that can save you even more. Read on for the full list of all the different Echo Show bundles available. Read more ›
It appears as though Amazon is trickling out early Prime Day deals on Fire TV devices one day at a time. After the Fire TV Cube went on sale yesterday for $59.99, we now have the Fire TV Stick on sale for $16.99. That is a shockingly low price that is lower than we’ve ever seen in the past. This sale is $3 less than both Black Friday and Prime Day from last year. To put it more into perspective, this price for the newest Fire TV Stick model is less than the Fire TV Stick Lite has ever been in the past. The Fire TV Stick Lite will be $11.99 at some point during Prime Day, but this 3rd-gen Fire TV Stick at $16.99 is a MUCH better buy thanks to the included remote that comes with TV power/volume controls, which the Fire TV Stick Lite remote does not have. Forget the Lite model and get this if you don’t need 4K support. If the app shortcut buttons on the remote bother you, you can still buy the same Fire TV Stick with the older remote also on sale for $16.99. However, you do also lose the Guide button on the remote if you go with the older one. Either way, the latest Fire TV Stick for $16.99 is likely going to be the best-selling deal of Prime Day 2022. Heck, this is worth buying just to have a spare remote for this price!
