For today only, you can buy the NVIDIA Shield with both a game controller and a remote for $149.99. Normally, the Nvidia shield sells for $199.99 itself with just a game controller, while the remote would run you $50 separately. NVIDIA is throwing in a free remote as part of a holiday promotion, and Amazon has dropped the price by $50 for Cyber Monday, so the two promotions stack together for this great price. This is the lowest price this bundle has ever been, which is $25 less than the last big sale that was very popular. The NVIDIA Shield is the best box running Google’s official Android TV. It’s a great gaming device and runs Kodi very well. Compared to the Fire TV, its biggest flaw has always been its price, but this sale now brings the two device on par in price for the first time.
As part of their Cyber Monday sale, Amazon is giving 15% Off all orders in their Warehouse Section. Warehouse deals are where you can find used and open-box items that Amazon is selling. Unfortunately, there aren’t any used Fire TV’s for sale, but you can find great prices on all sorts of items.
Amazon has just put their all-new Fire HD 10 Tablet on sale for $169.99. That’s the lowest price this tablet has ever been. This deal won’t last long, since it’s a lightning deal, so act fast. This is the largest and thinnest tablet Amazon has ever made, with a 10.1 inch screen and a 1.5 Ghz quad-core processor.
Amazon has just dropped the Xbox 360 Wired Controller to $23.15. That’s the lowest price this controller has ever been. If you don’t mind being tethered to your Fire TV via its USB cable, this is a great alternative controller to the official Amazon made game controllers. Plus it has the advantage of not needing batteries to constantly charge or replace. You can connect this controller directly to the USB port on the back of the 1st or 2nd-gen Fire TV and you’re ready to go. If you already use the Fire TV’s USB port for something else, like a keyboard or external storage, then you just need to use a simple USB hub in order to connect multiple USB devices simultaneously. And if you’re wondering, yes, you can connect multiple wired controllers to either Fire TV. This deal is not for Fire TV Stick owners, since there is no way to connect a USB peripheral to the stick.
Amazon has continued their Black Friday sale for the 2nd-gen Fire TV into their Cyber Monday Sale event, which is in full swing already. The new Fire TV remains discounted by 25% at $74.99. The same can’t be said about the Fire TV Stick or Fire TV Stick with Voice Remote, which both returned to their regular price at midnight this morning.
As one would expect, the Fire TV Sticks seemed to be the more popular purchase. While the Fire TV is still listed as in stock, both the Fire TV Stick and Fire TV Stick with Voice Remote are currently listed as out of stock. The regular Fire TV Stick bundle lists an in stock date of December 16th, while the voice remote bundle will be in stock 10 days earlier on December 6th.
Probably the most popular deal during Amazon’s Black Friday sale was their new 7″ Fire Tablet which was being sold for just $34.99. It too is currently out of stock and is showing an in stock date of December 24, which is later than any of Amazon’s out of stock devices. The Amazon Echo, the Kindle, and the Kids Fire Tablet are also retaining their sale prices, like the Fire TV, going into Cyber Monday.
Just as they did with their week of Black Friday deals, Amazon has given us a preview of what’s to come as far as deals go for the day after Black Friday and beyond. Amazon will be continuing to have lightning deals as often as every 5 minutes at this page starting on Saturday, November 28th and continuing through Cyber Monday and ending on Saturday, December 5th. There will be 10 “coveted deals” on actual Cyber Monday, November 30th.
Last year, Amazon saved the best deals for Cyber Monday, making it their busiest day of the year. Both the 2nd-gen Fire TV ($25 off) and the Amazon Echo ($30 off) will be on sale at some point between Saturday, November 28th and Cyber Monday, November 30th.
