The Sideclick Remote Attachment is on sale for $14.99 at Amazon and at Best Buy as part of their early Black Friday deals. This price, which is 50% off its regular price of $29.99, matches the lowest price it has ever been in the past. The Sideclick adds a column of universal remote buttons to the side of your Fire TV remote. Each button can be programmed individually to replicate the action of any button on a remote you own. The labels on the buttons (power, plus, minus, etc…) are just suggestions since any button can be programmed to do anything. The Sideclick comes with everything you need to attach it to any Fire TV, Fire TV Stick, and Fire TV Cube remote. It’s also compatible with all Fire TV Smart TV remotes, except the remotes that have the home button above the circular select button. Learn all about the Sideclick Remote Attachment in my review. Amazon and Best Buy also have the Sideclick for Nvidia Shield TV, Chromecast, Roku, and Apple TV on sale for $14.99 or less.
This was just the thing I needed before I got a recast and dropped cable. It allowed me to get rid of the cable remote and the tv remote. Wonderful device. To day I no longer need it but maybe you do.
Same. I originally got one from the Kickstarter for the product and used it for years. Can’t imagine using the FireTV remote without one. Great product.
