Is there any way to mimic a lock screen on the fire tv to allow apps to install a certificate?
Kodi is going to stop supporting Android. Do you know why? I use SPMC as a Kodi alternative (Semper Media Center) and it works great! Also did you get any information about Amazon disabling Kodi addons? Thanks, Elias in advance

I’ve recently updated my first gen fire tv to OS5…it was fully modded using all the guides on here, I even got to install air keyboard which I believe was because of one of the mods for xposed.

A while ago we discussed how sphinx02 reduced Firestarter’s capabilities and renamed it AppStarter in an attempt to get back into Amazon’s favor, and into the App Store. I haven’t seen much discussion since then. Do we know if he’s made any progress?
My 1st-gen FTV and FTV Stick are *still* on 5.0.5, something like two or three updates behind. I have them check for updates and they tell me no updates available. Any idea how long it’s going to take for older units to get updated to 5.2.1.1 (or even 5.2.1.0)?

Hi, I have a rooted fire tv 1 Gen running on 51.1.6.3 and I have changed the Wallpaper I will lose the wallpaper if I update to pre-rooted rom Version 5.2.1.1 ???????
