Elias have you tried buying and sideloading the Stardew Valley APK from the Amazon Appstore? I’m curious if that would work on the Fire TV.
I’ve contacted Chucklefish and The Secret Police in the hopes they’ll add official support but I haven’t gotten any response yet.
No, I haven’t tried it. If it works, I assume you’ll need to use a mouse.
I just messed with sideloading Stardew Valley on Fire TVs a bit. On newer Fire OS 6 models, like the Fire TV Stick 4K, the app complained that it did not have storage permission, even though I did grant it. On older models, like the Fire TV 2, the app just hangs on the loading splash screen.
That’s a bummer but thanks for testing it. You saved me $8.
