New Apps for the Week of August 30th thru September 5th

This week the Fire TV and Fire TV Stick saw the release of 41 new apps, plus the release of over 300 YouTube channels as apps. I won't be including the YouTube apps in this weekly new app roundup, but you can read more about them here. The most notable game released this week was Goat Simulator MMO Simulator, the third Goat Simulator game released for the Fire TV. In the entertainment category we saw the release of an AT&T U-verse app which lets U-verse cable subscribers stream live TV through their Fire Tv device. Channel Pear was also released this week. It offers several live streams from around the world for free. Rounding up the notable new apps is Tennis Channel Everywhere for the ultimate tennis fans. You can use your cable provider to unlock the app's live stream or subscribe for a month or a year to Tennis Channel Plus which grants access to hundreds of live matches. Read on for the full list of new apps and games.

Kind of surprised to see Channel Pear on the list. Blatantly illegal streams; 1000x times worse than Kodi et al.

Channel Pear has a website where you sign up and pay for content. I would think they would be sued out of existence by now, if their content is illegal.
