This week there were 39 new apps and games released for the Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick. The only new game this week is The Ultimate Trivia Challenge which includes 9 categories of trivia questions and a party mode for 2-4 players. TV Kraken is a new app and streaming service that seems way too good to be true. For $25 per month, they offer over 500 channels which includes HBO, STARZ, ESPN, and a lot more. As someone in the comments of this post has pointed out, this app is very likely serving pirated streams and probably shouldn't have been approved by Amazon. Raycom Media, a broadcast company, has released several local news apps. Take a look to see if one of your local channels is included. Continue on for the full list of new apps and games released in the last 7 days.

I can’t believe you are promoting an illegal streaming service like Kraken TV
I’m sorry, but I don’t keep track of all the various piracy apps and services and I’ve never heard of “TV Kraken” before today. While it does seem like it’s fishy and likely piracy, the purpose of this weekly post is to list all the new Fire TV apps in the official Amazon Appstore. “TV Kraken” managed to get approved by Amazon, so I’m going to keep it on the list.
However, I will update the post to mention that the app likely serves pirated streams and will likely be pulled.
Thank you for responding so fast
TV Kraken is gone. Now you get to meet dogs of Amazon.
