I am SO SICK of (for arguments sake) every new app being nothing more than video games! How about some actual USEFUL apps like CBS, NBC, A&E etc…? They are so far behind Roku because it seems since launch, all Amazon is interested in are games…You know, otherwise known as time-wasters. I like games as much as everyone else but there is much more to life than just video games.

I’ll tell you, I love my AFTV, but if actual, USEFUL apps don’t start making an appearence soon, it is back to Roku and Angry Birds.

Agree, but I’m guessing the reason is Amazon wants you to consume their own movie/TV content. This is why the XBMC launcher app & SPMC still aren’t approved for FTV. Netflix & Hulu+ they had to include as most wouldn’t buy FTV w/o it.
