The Logitech K400 Plus Keyboard is on sale for $17.98. This matches the lowest price it has ever been. I and many others consider this to be the best bang-for-your-buck keyboard for use with a media center. It’s comfortable to use, has a built-in trackpad, and can replicate all the functionality of the Fire TV Remote, apart from voice search. This is a wireless keyboard, but it does require you to use the included USB dongle. That means for devices like the Fire TV Stick 4K, Fire TV Stick 2, Fire TV 3, and Fire TV Cube, you will need an OTG cable to use this keyboard. Logitech has several other active Black Friday sales that are worth perusing.
Any recommendation on similar but with backlight keyboard?
Is there a simple way to rig a small USB LED light to this keyboard?
I saw the link to the dongle and I’m even more confused. LOL. How do I make the keyboard work with the 4K stick? Ehat gets plugged into what? Thanks for all your posts!
You need the OTG cable for this to work with the Fire TV Stick 4K. You connect the OTG cable to the Fire TV Stick’s power port, then you connect the keyboard receive and the Fire TV Stick’s power cable to the OTG cable.
