Amazon’s lineup of Prime Exclusive Phones is constantly growing and the newest member is the LG Stylo 4. If you’re a fan of the Samsung Galaxy Note but are off-put by its price tag, the LG Stylo 4, at just $249.99, might be right up your alley, as it’s among the most affordable big phones with a built-in stylus pen. Prime members save $50 off the regular $300 price in exchange for the phone coming pre-installed with Amazon apps. The phone has a 6.2″ screen with 2160×1080 resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood is a Snapdragon 1.8GHz octa-core CPU, 3GB RAM, and 32GB of storage that is expandable to 2TB through its microSD card slot. Around back is a 13 MP camera and it has a 5 MP front camera with a flash on both. It has a 3,300 mAh battery and USB Type-C fast charging. It’s running Android Oreo that has been customized with stylus features, such as being able to immediately start taking notes on the locked screen by simply pulling out the stylus. The LG Stylo 4 is available now, unlocked, and is compatible with AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon.
CPU clock speed is actually 1.8GHz not 4.8GHz :)
Sorry about that. Thanks for letting me know. I’ve fixed it.
Hah no worries. I was thinking dang that clock speed is nuts… And then I thought about it and realized that I’ve never seen a snapdragon near that fast.
Some of these phones are getting to large/heavy for my tastes. I hope Amazon gets some of the Nokias back under the program. It would be nice to have an Android phone that actually gets OS updates for a change.
I’m an iPhone guy through and through… but $250 (or even $300) seems like an awfully good deal for a fairly well specced phone.
Reviews are bad on this phone. I was hoping they would have good reviews as my current Note 4 just bit the trash pile!
