Some people have had trouble getting these adapters to work with Fire TVs and Fire TV Sticks. Myself and others haven’t had any trouble. I’m not sure why this is, so be warned that there seems to be some unknown variable that causes these adapters to not be recognized.

Question: Black Friday or Cyber Monday for the best Amazon deals?
Neither. Prime Day usually has the best deals.
But between Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the better prices are usually on Black Friday. We’ll sometimes see deals on Cyber Monday for items that did not go on sale during Black Friday, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen something be cheaper on Cyber Monday when it already went on sale during Black Friday.
For Amazon devices though, as long as the item doesn’t sell out, the sale price usually lasts through the weekend and ends at the end of Cyber Monday, so it’s all just one big continuous sale for Amazon hardware.

This adapter does not work with the Fire Stick 2! Do not buy it!! This is really poor advice from aftvnews. The author has clearly not fully tested this with the Fire Stick 2.
