Sweet! I was hoping these would go on sale. I’ve held off buying them for a while just because I hate spending that much on a remote. But my kids constantly lose the remotes so I’m grabbing two of them.

I thought the two one-touch special buttons on this remote ONLY open apps installed from the Amazon app store, and NOT anything that’s been side loaded…
Assuming that’s still true, then the two buttons do not open “ANY” app.

Amazon made the back plastic 1 gram lighter or 12% to keep either the weight or the cost down. A brand new 1 day old back won’t even stay on if you hold it vertically.
