Fire TV Edition Television Deals for Black Friday are Live — Most at all-time low prices

If you’re in the market for a new TV, nearly every Fire TV Edition television has gone on sale for Black Friday. In the list below, I’ve labeled all of the sets that are at their lowest prices ever, which is most of the sizes and variations. These TVs come with the Fire TV interface built-in. The advantage of that over just connecting a Fire TV Stick or Fire TV Cube to a regular TV is mainly the simplicity of having one remote that does everything and having the built-in OTA tuner integrated directly into the Fire TV’s interface. Here is the full list of all TVs that are on sale.

As someone who owns one of the Insignia models let me just say I wouldn’t recommend this television to my own worst enemy. It’s horrible.

Which one do you have? I am considering the 43″ 4k TV for my teenager. Would it not be worth that for $200? What is actually wrong with it?

I’ve got the 43 inch. I got it right when it came out. For a teen it might be fine. Worst part of it is the support. My television won’t stop coming on by itself. All night long it does it and all while I’m away. It sets off my home security system line crazy. Support stinks for Insignia. You get it on Amazon but it’s actually Best Buy’s brand and then selling the product. Amazon won’t help because they didn’t sell it and Best Buy support stinks. They actually sent someone out to my home who was horrible. Took the tv apart to change the board but because this model is so new the part wasn’t the right one and didn’t work. Put the original board back in and now waiting for a replacement. It’s going on 5 months I’ve been dealing with this.

        • If you haven’t tried it yet, one suggestion is to go into the Alexa phone app and disable all communication and announcement options for the TV and anything else in there that you don’t use. There are Alexa features that can wake up / power on the TV.
