Crossy Road, the immensely popular iOS game, has come to the Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick. The game has a 5 out of 5 star rating in the iTunes appstore with over 150,000 reviews and is already well on its way to being one of the best reviewed games for the Fire TV. The game is free and compatible with both the game controller and remote. I wasn’t able to figure out how to change my character because it seemed as if there was no way to access that menu with the remote, so there are a few quirks left to polish out. But the core game plays well and is just as fun on the big screen as it is on mobile devices.

At the main logo/title screen there will be a flashing button in the lower left of a chicken. At this screen press left on the remote.
doesnt work with firetv + flirc , for me at least. :C
Game played well on my 1st generation fire stick but uplayable due to lag on my new firestick although my grandson finally made it to 34 hops after an hour of trying- just sad.
