Watchit is a Reddit client for the Fire TV that just went free for the first time. The developer tells me he just released an improved version of the app and to celebrate is offering it for free during this weekend only. On Monday the app will return to its regular price of $0.99, so be sure to pick it up soon if you’re interested in watching videos posted on Reddit on your Fire TV or Fire TV Stick. The app works with all Fire TV models and either a remote or controller.

As the name implies this app is just for watching videos that redditors link to in posts. It’s not for reading posts afaict.
There’s another app for that, called ReddTV and it kinda works but seems to have been abandoned. There’ve been no updates in a long while.
