Easily the hottest tech gadget right now is the Nintendo Switch, the new video game console. While the console is receiving positive reviews, one criticism is its lack of any streaming video services. Since the console doubles as a portable device, it seems perfect for watching movies or TV shows on the go. Nintendo America’s chief operating officer, Reggie Fils-Aime, has thankfully told The Washington Post that Nintendo is “talking to a range of companies about other services, companies like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon” and that these services “will come in time” to the Nintendo Switch. So the console and portable gaming system should serve double duty as a streaming media player in the future.
Any little extra features should keep it competitive with all other consoles especially with the older crowd, and even make it the best selling system of all current systems. No fan boy or anything, but most times Nintendo markets a best seller when it comes to portable gaming.
