Amazon renews original series ‘Lore’ for a second season

Amazon has announced that they’ve greenlit a second season order of their original series Lore. The horror-themed series is based on the popular podcast of the same name. Season two will feature new tales from the podcast, as well as original stories not yet available in podcast form, and will star new cast members. The first season of Lore has received mediocre reviews with a 6.9 out of 10 rating on IMDB and a 64% fresh rating form critics on Rotten Tomatoes.

Season one was so disappointing. Maybe they will make the next season more entertaining.

I only watched the first episode and that was enough for me. Very low-quality programming.

Amazon makes some good programming, but Lore isn’t one of them.

I love the podcast, but more as a documentary, but the TV series isn’t the same. Hopefully they’ll tweak the format.

I imagine that Aaron (podcast creator) didn’t have much say in the way it was made. And was just excited that one was being made.

Hopefully they can find a better narrator. I thought the episodes were at least a bit interesting but the narration made it nearly unwatchable

Any word on the Season 3 premier date for The Man in the High Castle?
All I can find online is “sometime in 2018”, it’s been well over a year (December 16 ,2016) since the season 2 premier!

I can’t believe they renewed this, but cancelled Jean Claude Van Johnson.
