Amazon has announced a new feature of Prime Photos called Family Vault that allows Prime members the option to share their unlimited cloud photo storage with 5 family members or freinds. Each person invited will be able to upload as many photos as they want through the web or via the Amazon Photos app on iOS and Android. Everyone with access to upload, including the main Prime member, is able to select which photos can be seen by the group and which ones remain private. Family vault participants can also store videos and other files, but non-photo files are capped at 5GB total across everyone. To start sharing your unlimited photo storage, simply log into Amazon Photos and click the invite button in the menu on the left.

Utterly disappointed with Amazon for not having the capability to view photos in 4K glory on the Amazon Fire TV 2.

How do I share/invite a family member? Not intuitive to me for some reason…
