The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is the latest Amazon original series to debut on Prime Video for Prime members. It’s the only show, so far, to premier from Amazon’s pilot season earlier this year. The show stars Rachel Brosnahan as Miriam ‘Midge’ Maisel who goes from housewife to stand-up comic in 1958 New York. The first season consists of 8 hour-long episodes that have managed to achieve a remarkable 4.9 star rating from over 10,000 reviews. It has also done very well with critics, as is evident by its 94% Rotten Tomato score.
