Amazon is offering those who have never made a purchase through Alexa a $10 credit for using Alexa to buy something. You must be an Amazon Prime member and must purchase one of the new Alexa Exclusive Deals to qualify for the credit. This offer ends July 9, which is before Prime Day, so you can’t wait for Prime Day Deals to make your pruchase for this promotion. After placing an Alexa order, the $10 credit will appear in your Amazon account within 3 days and must be used within a year.

I don’t think so. The terms are at the bottom of the Alexa deals page and they state:
Offer only applies to an eligible purchase of an Alexa Deal using Alexa Voice Shopping on an Amazon Echo, Echo Dot, Echo Show, Amazon Tap, Amazon Fire TV or Fire Tablet.
