As part of their music themed Prime Day Countdown Deals, Amazon is offering 10% back if you use an Amazon Store Card to purchase qualifying musical instruments and gear. If you don’t have an Amazon Store Card, but have been considering applying for one, now’s a good time to do so since there is typically a Prime Day deal that requires using the card for extra savings. Last year it was $30 off a $150 purchase.
While this deal obviously includes music instruments, like guitars, keyboards, and drums, it also includes music recording equipment and headphones. Among the deals is the Blue Yeti USB Mic for $109 +10% back, making it $98.10, which is the mic I use to record the audio for all of my videos. The headphones I use when editing videos, the Audio-Technica ATH-M40x headphones, are also included in the deal, making them $89.

Are we ever going to see/hear another Elias video podcast again?
Needless to say, they were much enjoyed by many, including myself…
Not sure about the old podcast format, but definitely videos in the near future I hope. I know I really dropped the ball moving from a single long weekly release to shorter releases, like I said I would. I’ll release an update about that soon.
