Amazon now has a page to view your No-Rush Credit Balance

Amazon has finally created a page to view your no-rush credit balance. These are the various credits that Prime members receive when volunteering to ship their order at a method that’s slower than the free 2-day shipping rate. Previously, it was only possible to view the total credit available in various categories. This new page now lists the individual credits, and better yet, it also lists when each credit expires, which used to be impossible to determine.

Great it’s about time and I had 5 dollars more than I thought.

The link works, bu it would be helpful to know how we navigate there without the link. I can’t see how to find it within Amazon’s app. Also, where do I find the specific items these rewards apply to, so I don’t lose them?

  8. jc says:

Oh FFS, the fine print says you can only use one reward at a time, and the page doesn’t tell you how many individual rewards you have, just the total. Thought I’d get $20 off and it turned out to only be $5 when I went to checkout. F#@king amazon.

  9. st says:

thank you! why do they make it so difficult to access and use them. really appreciate the link

Often chose the No-rush option, then I’d find zero balances and no list of awards OR how they’d been applied. Worse, looked thru EVERY digital order and saw they were being used for films I’d never order. “17 Again”? I’m 68!!
Please note, all our kids have their own Prime accts.
Customer Svc, always great, refund the rental fees for un-requested films, but I want my awards, or at least what they were and where they went!! Never receive emails as stated in the help page.
Thanks, and sorry for the rant, but this takes too much time and effort, so I’m done using No-rush shipping.

you said can’t use with instant discounts. What do you consider instant discounts? the coupons that are on some products? And why don’t you say that (if that is the case) on order where you OFFER digital reward for no rush shipping????? And like everyone says, WHY CAN’T WE HAVE A LINK ON WEB SITE TO CHECK REWARD BALANCES AND SHOW WHEN THEY ARE USED?

There is a link on Amazon to it – you go to the “Account” page under “Your Account” and scroll down until you see a middle column titled “Shopping programs and rentals” and it is in that list as “No-Rush rewards summary”.
