Amazon is reportedly in talks to buy MGM

Amazon has apparently offered to buy MGM for $9 billion, according to Variety and The Information, which both have independent sources familiar with the negotiations. The deal seems likely to happen because Variety reports that $9 billion is the amount MGM was hoping to get. Should the deal take place, Amazon would own over 17,000 hours of TV shows and 4,000 films which include popular franchises such as James Bond.

YES!! All the BOND films in 4K UHD permanently in Prime Video. Can never get through more than a handful when they show up in 4K UHD on Prime before they are gone again.

I wonder if EPIX service would get rolled into Prime Video if this happens?
