Is it worth getting the 2nd gen AFTV if I have the first gen?
Only issue I have with Gen 1 is not being able to play HEVC x265 files well. It also chokes a bit on X264 1080p.
What can they possibly put in the Gen 3 box?
Would love to hear real feedback from owners of both – pros and cons.

I’d wait for gen 3 at this point.
+1 o waiting for g3. Especially 4k Netflix content. It drops frames consistently, if it hits 4k at all. My roku 4 hardwired to the same hub plays smooth at full resolution. Nothing to do with network speed.
