Amazon Fire TV Soundbar is on sale for the first time at $99.99

Amazon has put the new Fire TV Soundbar on sale for $99.99, which is 17% off the regular list price of $119.99. This is the first time it has been on sale since its release about a month ago. While Amazon markets this as a “Fire TV” soundbar, there’s nothing about this soundbar that makes it any more tailored for use with a Fire TV than any other soundbar on the market. You can read all about it in my review, but this is a run-of-the-mill soundbar without any actual Fire TV capabilities or special features. Also still on sale for the first time are the 2nd-gen Fire TV Stick 4K for $29.99 and the 2nd-gen Fire TV Stick 4K Max for $44.99.

  1. Craig S. says:

All 3 purchasers…duped into thinking it’s actually a Fire TV built-in soundbar… will be thrilled!

  2. Tj says:

How long before this is bundled with low tier FireTVs?

  3. John says:

Is Amazon’s greed slowly killing Amazon Prime and the Firestick? I feel its squeezing out customer benefit to the point that its value to users is trending to zero with free to watch disappearing and more and more ad watch time bolted on.
Even Netflix is trying to bribe users into signing up for more resolution but with ad time, for a reduced subscription!
Paying for an ad-free service is a form of extortion or torture! On YouTube, Amazon and now even Netflix!!

  4. Kary says:

Actually, not a bad price for a device with a full set of inputs in a small form factor. Not a lot of those available.
