Amazon Fire TV Edition televisions are at all-time lowest prices — 50″ for $299 / 39″ for $179 / 24″ for $99

Amazon and Best Buy have just put most of the Insignia and Toshiba Fire TV Edition televisions on sale. The majority of the current prices are either the lowest they have ever been and, in a few cases, are new all-time low prices. Among the best deals are the Insignia 50″ 4K TV for $299.99, the Insignia 39″ 1080p TV for $179.99, and the Insignia 24″ 720P TV for $99.99. Some of these prices are lightning deals that end tonight at midnight. Here’s the list of all the best Fire TV Edition deals for each size and which store has the lower price.

Not quite an “all time low” … the 50″ Toshiba Fire Edition TV was at $289 last summer.

  2. Timothy Wolfson says:

Just FYI – the 24″ Insignia does not support the extension of live TV pause time via a USB stick (“officially” confirmed by Best Buy support two days ago), nor does it appear to be controllable via a linked Echo device (a conclusion reached after several sessions with Amazon support). Still a great deal at $99.

    • Timothy Wolfson says:

UPDATE: After more communication from Best Buy support, and after repeatedly reformatting the USB stick via the TV settings, the live pause is working when the USB stick is set to “external” format.

Still, no luck getting apps moved or installed to the USB stick.

39” no longer on sale, back to full retail.
