Elias, would I be able to leave this in the limited edition mode so it is just a TV, and then hook a 4K fire TV into one of the HDMI ports? Reason I ask is I want to use the more powerful 4K fire TV to run games in emulators oh, and I also prefer that remote. I also plan on using f t v launch x app to override the Amazon UI. What do you think? What it’s automatically switch to that HDMI input when I turn the TV on?
Yup, you can do that. There is a setting on these TVs that you can enable which causes them to always automatically go to the last used input when they are powered on. So just flip that sitting on, and it’ll always power on to your 4K Fire TV that is connected.
Were you ever able to discern the specifications of the 24 and 32 models as far as CPU, gpu?
On Amazon’s device spec page, they’ve grouped together “HD 2018-2020”, so that means that all non-4K from Toshiba and Insignia, regardless of size, share the same specs.

Not sure about that. Best Buy lists slightly different outer dimensions for the TV, so they might just be slightly different housings.
