Amazon has thrown a curveball by starting several Prime Day sales 12 hours early. One of those deals is the 3rd-gen Echo Dot for $18.99. To make an already great deal even better, Amazon is throwing in a free LIFX smart bulb. The lowest price that this Echo Dot has ever been in the past is $22, so this is the new lowest price that it has ever been, even before you factor in the free smart bulb. The included smart bulb connects via WiFi so you don’t need any kind of smart hub to control it. While Amazon has announced the new spherical 4th-gen Echo Dot, that won’t be shipping until later in the month so it’s not expected that it will be on sale during Prime Day.
