Amazon has just put the Echo Dot on sale for $39.99. This matches the lowest price the Echo Dot has ever been on Amazon and it’s the first time this year that Amazon has dropped the price down from their regular price of $49.99. Best Buy has also matched the $39.99 price, but they’re also honoring the ongoing $20 discount on a 3 pack. So if you add 3 Echo Dots to your Best Buy cart, the price automatically drops to $99.97 (3 x $39.99 – $20) for the 3 pack. That makes them $33.33 each, which is the lowest I’ve ever seen for the Echo Dot. I’ve read that this sale is for today only, so act fast. Best Buy probably didn’t intend for the sale price and the 3 pack discount to stack, so they’ll likely sell out fast.

Looks like Best Buy fixed their mistake and is no longer stacking the extra $20 off when you buy 3.

An once great device rendered a worthless piece of garbage thanks to amazon developers
As of this week it no longer gets 95% of my Pandora stations and can’t find any smart home devices
I have to reset it and ask it to discover devices 2 or 3 times for it to work ,if I go an hour without using it i have to repeat the process all over again
Won’t Remember hue lights or any dart home devices
And it also refuses update to latest device firmware no matter what I do to it leave it muted for days and no update
It all worked come last week now it is a worthless frustrating hunk of garbage
But what do you expect from a device that runs on crapdroid
