Alexa Voice Remote for Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick back in stock

The Alexa Voice Remote for the Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick has just come back in stock. This remote has notoriously been sold out for months. The last time it was in stock was January, but then it sold out again in about a day, so if you’ve been wanting to buy one, here’s your chance to get one without having to wait.

  1. Richard says:

damn… 30 bucks… or you could pay 40 bucks and get a whole new fire stick with the remote thrown in.

I had a couple of first gen fire sticks with the alexa remote; so when I upgraded to second gen I ended up with extra remotes… and thank god for that… because I literally seems to lose one at least once every two days, and by the time I find that one, I’ve lost the second one…

  2. Itzme says:

I have a first gen fire stick, with no microphone on the remote. But I also have an Echo in the room. It seems like I should be able to match the functionality of having the newer remote, no?

  3. Pete says:

Ridiculously overpriced, especially when they are poor quality (the reviews are not wrong for this remote). I have wanted to replace my broken voice remote for a long time but I’ve just gone without and used the terrible app instead.

  4. Bill says:

All of these comments above hold great truth, and I am still making a killing on ebay for these. I dont get it.
