Seems like this is the first time amazon has not put their latest ftv device on sale this time of year.
A message to Amazon…bring out a version without all the Alexa gubbins, at a more reasonable price point. As it is, no way paying the current price (not even at the reduced price in the UK)
I agree but it’ll never happen. The first thing I do when I get my fire TV’s is disable Alexa. I already have them throughout the house, I don’t need one in the cabinet where I keep the fire tv.
