Amazon Echo, Echo Dot, Echo Show, and Echo Input have all gone on sale — 3 Echo Dots for $69.79

Amazon has just put most of their Echo smart speaker lineup on sale as part of their huge Spring Sale on devices. The Echo Dot is on sale for $39.99, which is $10 off of its regular price. For $15 more, you can get the Echo Dot + Smart Plug bundle for $54.98. An even better deal is buying 3 Echo Dots for just $69.97. The $80 discount will automatically appear at checkout when you buy 3 Dots. That plug would normally cost you $24.99 on its own. The standard Amazon Echo is on sale for $79.99, which is a $20 savings. You also have the option to add a Smart Plug for $15 more. The Echo Dot Kids Edition is on sale for $34.99, which is half off of its regular price. It includes 1-year of Amazon FreeTime Unlimited, which gives access to over 1,000 audible books for kids, as well as thousands of songs, games, and skills for kids. The Echo Show is on sale for $189.99, which saves you $40 off of its regular price of $229.99 and includes a free Philips Hue smart bulb. Lastly, if you just want to add Alexa to existing speakers on the cheap, there is the Echo Input on sale for $19.99, which is 43% off of its regular price of $34.99. Also on sale are all Fire TV models, as well as Fire Tablet 3-Packs.

Amazon Echo Input is on sale for $19.99 — Lowest Price Ever

Get this Echo Input Deal

Amazon has the Echo Input on sale for $19.99. This sale matches the lowest price that the Echo Input has ever been. The Echo Input is essentially an Echo Dot without a built-in speaker. If you plan to always have your Alexa device connected to external speakers, the Echo Input is worth considering over an Echo Dot because it is much, cheaper, smaller, and discrete. I personally have one connected to my TV soundbar as an “Alexa bridge” to allow the soundbar to be part of my whole-home audio group. The small form factor lets me tuck it out of sight. You can control the Echo Input by voice, thanks to its microphones, but I actually keep mine muted and just use other Alexa devices in my home to control the soundbar audio by saying “Alexa, …. on the Soundbar.” An Echo Dot is certainly more versatile because it can be repurposed in the future and used on its own, but if you value minimalism and just need to add Alexa to a speaker, then the Echo Input is the better option for many people. Also on sale right now is the full-sized Amazon Echo for $74.99.

Amazon has put the Echo Input on sale for $19.99. This matches last months sale and is the lowest price the Echo Input has ever been. The Echo Input is essentially an Echo Dot without a built-in speaker. If you plan to always have your Alexa device connected to external speakers, the Echo Input is worth considering over an Echo Dot because it is much smaller and discrete. I personally have one permanently muted and connected to my TV soundbar as an “Alexa bridge” to allow the soundbar to be part of my whole-home audio group. The small form factor lets me tuck it out of sight and the little red mute LED is much less noticeable than the red ring of a muted Echo Dot. An Echo Dot is more versatile because it can be repurposed in the future and used on its own, but if you value minimalism and just need to add Alexa to a speaker, then the Echo Input could be the better option.

The Amazon Echo Input has gone on sale for $19.99. The regular price is $34.99 and this is the first time it has ever been on sale. The Echo Input is essentially an Echo Dot without a built-in speaker. It has far-field microphones for the same hands-free Alexa capabilities as the Echo Dot, but the Echo Input is meant to connect to existing speakers, either via Bluetooth or via a 3.5mm audio out cable. Since the Echo Dot 3 is on sale for $29.99 and the Echo Dot 2 is on sale for $24.99, you aren’t saving too much by forgoing the built-in speaker.
