Season 3 of Amazon’s original series ‘The Grand Tour’ debuts today on Prime Video

The 3rd season of The Grand Tour, Amazon’s original motorsport series starring former Top Gear hosts Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May, kicks off today on Prime Video. As with the past 2 seasons, a new episode from the season will be released every Friday for the next few weeks. This first episode kicks off in Detroit with the guys driving American muscle cars. Clarkson will also get behind the wheel of the 789 horsepower McLaren Senna. You can watch a trailer for the 3rd season or just jump right into the first episode.

This will be the final season of The Grand Tour in the current format. The original 3 season deal has run its course and Amazon has signed the trio up for a fourth season, but they’ll be ditching the tent and the current format. The fourth season will essentially be nothing but road trip specials. This means there likely won’t be a home track, dedicated car reviews, and other staples of the current format moving forward.

    They need to rethink that.
