Amazon expands Whole Foods deliveries to include Los Angeles and begins testing 10% discount for Prime members

Amazon has announced that they now deliver Whole Foods groceries in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County area. Prime members can now shop Whole Foods through Prime Now and receive free 2-hour delivery on orders of $35 or more. If you need things quicker, you can pay $7.99 for 1-hour delivery in select areas. Amazon first rolled out Whole Foods delivery in February for Austin, Cincinnati, Dallas, and Virginia Beach. Additionally, Amazon has began testing a pilot program in Austin, TX where Prime members will receive an extra 10% off select sale items. There’s no word if the extra savings for Prime members will expand beyond the single store in Austin.
